John runs on duracell batteries !

News of our intrepid Buckley Runner, posted out in Switzerland, is that he's won a 12 hour race in Basle (or Basel).

John Pares covered a mere 127km in the 12 hours, beating his nearest competitor by almost 10km !

Next stop is an ultramarathon - this time a proper run at 215km - in Hungary in June.

Finally it's back home to Llandudno around 23-25 Sept for the Commonwealth 24 hour race. I know he would welcome some support for that one, so let's see if we can get a few of us across to cheer him on.
